Award Agreements. Each Participant shall be issued an Award Agreement setting forth the initial number of Base Units and Restricted Shares. The award of Base Units shall entitle the Participant to receive the number of Shares determined under Section 4 hereof. Each Award Agreement, and the Shares which may be delivered thereunder, are subject to the terms of this Program and the terms of the Plan.
