Kohls.com Returns

When returning merchandise purchased on Kohls.com, any shipping costs paid on the order are not refunded. A refund will only be applied for the amount paid for the merchandise. Any amount paid for shipping on your order will not be refunded.

Only items purchased on Kohls.com can be returned via mail. Any items purchased from a Kohl’s store location can be returned to any store location.

Return in Store:

The quickest and easiest way to return your items and receive a refund is to bring them to your local Kohl’s store. The Kohl’s Return Policy allows you to return most merchandise purchased in-store and Kohls.com for up to 90 days after the original purchase date for non-Kohl’s Card transactions and 120 days after the original purchase date for Kohl’s Card transactions, with or without receipt except for the following items which are subject to the noted restrictions and require either a valid Kohl's receipt or Kohl's account look-up.

Returning items to your local store also eliminates any potential shipping costs that you may incur if returning your items via mail. To return merchandise, be sure to bring your merchandise and shipping invoice that was included in your package. You can use the Store Locator to find a store near you.

When returning any electronic devices, including smart watches, please be sure to remove any personal data and information saved to your device.

Return by Mail:

To return your Kohls.com order via the mail, you will need to locate and fill out the Return Form included from us in your shipment. Next, you’ll need to pack the merchandise in a sturdy box. Returns by mail may take up to 30 days to be processed once the package has arrived back to the return center.

Kohl’s does not provide return shipping labels. To return merchandise, you’ll need to send your items, including all merchandise tags to the following address:

When returning your items through the mail, you are responsible for any postage needed to send your items back. We are unable to provide a prepaid return label. To save on any potential return costs, please visit your local Kohl’s store to process a refund.

At this time, Kohl’s is unable to accept exchanges by mail. If you need an item in a different size or color option, you can make an exchange at your local store.
