High School Transcripts

To obtain a high school transcript or your high school diploma, complete Request for Official Transcript/Diploma available on the Department of Education website at:

www.gov.nl.ca/edu Please click on transcripts and print off the Request for Official Transcript Form. If you do not have internet access please fax or mail the following information to the fax number or address below.

• Name and address in your last year of high school
• MCP and/or date of birth
• Last year of high school (e.g. 1997) and high school attended
• Address where you would like your transcript to be sent.

• • Please include a contact telephone number and sign the request form.
  • Parents are not permitted to request a transcript for a student 19 years of age or over.

  There is no fee for obtaining transcripts.

  A request for a high school transcript normally takes 3-5 business days to process.
